Cameryn Moore is an award-winning playwright, performer, producer, writer, and event host. Her work has been seen in over 60 cities around the world. She is the founder and frequent host of Smut Slam, a global network of community dirty-storytelling events.
Since 2009, Cameryn has created six critically acclaimed solo shows: Phone Whore, slut (r)evolution, for | play, Desire (formerly The Pretty One), nerdfucker, Terrible Sex Tips; her seventh solo work, Muse, premiered at the 2019 Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
With Australian puppeteer/performer Shani Moffat, Cameryn recently created the two-person show Sex Ed: a cabaret of play, which is now running quarterly in Berlin. She is the founder of BEDx, a bar education night for sex geeks, and also of YIKES! (“a celebration of awkward performance”); additionally, she hosts Stand-Up Tragedy in Berlin. When not performing, hosting, or writing, Cameryn sets up her world-famous traveling Smut Stand, providing bespoke typewritten erotica on the spot to discerning passersby.
